Time Flies...

...when you are packing 13 years of stuff!
But finally, truck's gone, I'm sleeping on an air matress, and I am scurring around the studio to wrap up a few things. The plane leaves on Monday morning and I'll be hustling to get a bunch done before then. I am back on August 8th (my sister's birthday) and I'll stay around for a few weeks and a few other important events. Leave a place at the table, a blanket on the couch or a seat at a bar for me. I'll travel safely and hold you in my heart. big love.

Made You Laugh

Since the first post I've gotten all sorts of unexpected emotions from people. Interestingly people already here and far away too. Some can't believe it, some are happy for me, some sad. Here's the deal folks, no crying and no going away parties at least not untill later in the year, maybe October. I'll be back and forth so much for the next few months and I'll be looking for things to do and people to see and places to stay while I am here, so don't write me off yet. And NO CRYING!

Stay In Touch

Welcome!
It's official! The moving van pulls up in front of 2316 Garfield Ave S on June 26 or 27 (you have to give them a "window"). I'll hang around for another week or so and let the van get a head start and then I'll board a plane WestBound to San Francisco California. Maybe you've known me long enough to know I've been trying to get to CA for a good 9 years, 17 if you count my short lived dream to attend UCLA undergrad. I'll scope out my new place in Berkeley and search for transportation options, photography studios, yoga studios and old friends. Then I'll head back to Minneapolis in August for the opening of KofiCore Studio and a wedding shoot in MN. I'll also do some work in the studio. It will be a slower move out of the MInneapolis photo biz that leaving the place I've inhabited for 13 years.
I'll try to post everyday so you can keep in touch and I can keep in touch and you'll remember to come visit me and I'll let you know when I am coming to visit you!
